ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By using the services and content provided by Neorejuvenai Global Limited, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use and Contracting. If you do not agree, you must not use the services or the content.
You are contracting the service with Neorejuvenai Global Limited, hereinafter THE PROVIDER. By using any part of the service, completing the registration process, reservation and/or payment for the service offered on:
and all associated subdomains (.global, .en, .uk, .eu, .fr, .de, .pt, .br, .it, .us, .mx, .ar, .cl, .co, .pe), as well as:
you expressly accept and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use and Contracting.
SERVICE PROVISION
Neorejuvenai Global Limited acts as the operational and technical provider of the service, being responsible, among other things, for sales and contracting, payment and invoicing management, server management, technical support, access to the training platform, and the direct relationship with the user.
The work, content, brand, training materials, and all intellectual and industrial property assets form part of the Licensed Intellectual Property, the exclusive economic ownership of which corresponds to Neorejuvena IP Holdings Pte. Ltd., pursuant to:

the exclusive assignment by the author of all economic exploitation rights, and

the license and operating agreement in force between the owning entity (Singapore) and the operating entity (Hong Kong).
Limitation of the Role of the Intellectual Property Owner
The user expressly acknowledges and agrees that Neorejuvena IP Holdings Pte. Ltd. does not participate in the operational, technical, commercial, contractual, or functional provision of the service, and that its involvement is limited exclusively to ownership and licensing of the Licensed Intellectual Property. Consequently, any liability arising from contracting, access, operation of the service, payments, support, or the relationship with the user corresponds solely and exclusively to THE PROVIDER.
AUTHOR LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Antonio Moll is the creator and original author of the creative universe internationally known as NeoRejuvenation.
The user expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

The author has exclusively assigned all economic exploitation rights in the works, methodologies, texts, and content comprising the NeoRejuvenation System to Neorejuvena IP Holdings Pte. Ltd.

The author retains only those moral rights that are non-waivable under applicable law, without this implying any contractual relationship, direct liability, or obligation toward the user.

Antonio Moll does not act as a seller, provider, service provider, merchant, therapist, advisor, or contractual party, and maintains no direct legal relationship with users.
Any claim, action, or dispute arising from contracting, payments, invoicing, access to the platform, operation of the service, technical support, or the relationship with the user must be directed solely and exclusively against THE PROVIDER (Neorejuvenai Global Limited). Only claims strictly related to the ownership, validity, scope, licensing, or infringement of intellectual or industrial property rights over the Licensed Intellectual Property must be directed against the Intellectual Property Owner (Neorejuvena IP Holdings Pte. Ltd.).
The original author shall not be a party to any of such claims.
No Agency or Representation Relationship
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating an agency, representation, partnership, joint venture, mandate, or fiduciary relationship between the original author and THE PROVIDER, nor between the author and users. The author does not act on behalf of THE PROVIDER, nor does THE PROVIDER act on behalf of the author.
JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Operational and technical services, support, contracting, and collections
All disputes, claims, or controversies related to:

contracting the service,

technical and operational provision of access,
-
support,
-
payment, invoicing, and collections management,

platform operation,
shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Hong Kong SAR and submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hong Kong SAR, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
Copyright, intellectual property, licenses, and ownership
Any claim related to:

copyright and related rights,
-
trademarks, trade names, distinctive signs,
-
exploitation licenses,
-
intellectual or industrial property infringements,
-
ownership, validity, scope, or exercise of rights over the content,
shall be handled by Neorejuvena IP Holdings Pte. Ltd. and resolved before the competent courts of Singapore, under Singapore law.
APPLICABLE LAW
For all claims related to the operational and technical provision of the services offered by Neorejuvenai Global Limited, including, among others, contracting, access to the platform, technical support, payments, and invoicing, the laws in force in Hong Kong SAR shall apply, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in the user’s country of residence provide otherwise.
For all claims related to content, copyright, licenses, trademarks, domain names, or any matter linked to the ownership, exploitation, or management of the Licensed Intellectual Property, Singapore law shall apply exclusively, and Neorejuvena IP Holdings Pte. Ltd. shall be the competent entity to manage such claims. The author shall not be a party to such claims.
PRICES AND INVOICING
Neorejuvenai Global Limited shall be responsible for issuing receipts and/or electronic invoices (where applicable) and for processing payments through the methods established on the website(s).
Service prices are expressed in different currencies, including Euro, US Dollar, British Pound Sterling, Mexican Peso, Argentine Peso, Colombian Peso, Chilean Peso, Peruvian Sol, and Brazilian Real, as selected by the user on www.neorejuvenation.com, www.neorejuvenai.com and/or their associated subdomains. For specific subdomains (for example, https://ar.neorejuvenation.com – ARS currency), the price will be displayed in the currency indicated on the website and payment will be processed in that currency.
The price of each product or service shall be the one stated at the time of purchase, except in the case of an obvious error. Prices may be changed at any time, but changes will not affect previously confirmed orders. Neorejuvenai Global Limited also reserves the right to modify or cancel applicable discounts.
By accepting these terms, the user agrees to receive the payment receipt in electronic format at the email address provided at checkout.
BANK FEES AND CURRENCY CONVERSION
In some cases, the user’s bank or card issuer may apply additional fees, charges, or taxes when processing the payment, including currency conversion fees. Such additional fees are not the responsibility of Neorejuvenai Global Limited.
If the user’s bank applies additional charges, the user must contact their financial institution directly to resolve any discrepancy. Neorejuvenai Global Limited will not refund or compensate any additional amounts charged by the bank or card issuer.
It is solely the user’s responsibility to confirm any additional charges related to currency conversion or bank fees. The user agrees that issuing banks are responsible for any cost not explicitly mentioned by THE PROVIDER.
PAYMENT DISPUTES AND FRAUD
In the event of a payment dispute, the user agrees that Neorejuvenai Global Limited has the right to take action against fraudulent disputes. By initiating a dispute without legitimate cause, the user shall be responsible for any resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees.
Neorejuvenai Global Limited will follow industry best practices and the procedures recommended by payment platforms to manage and resolve disputes, providing the necessary documentation to defend the legitimacy of the processed payment.
CONTENT: TRAINING MODULES / LANGUAGES AND SUPPORT
The training modules mentioned on www.neorejuvenation.com and all associated subdomains, www.neorejuvenation2.com, www.antoniomoll.com, www.facialneorejuvena.com, www.neorejuvenai.com, www.neorejuvena.com, www.neorejuvena.it, www.neorejuvena.org, www.neorejuvena.net, www.neorejuvena.me, and www.neorejuvena.tv include video tutorials.
These tutorials may be broadcast live and/or provided on-demand (pre-recorded), with no obligation on the part of THE PROVIDER to perform a minimum number of live broadcasts. The user expressly agrees that video tutorials may have been previously recorded, with no need for a live broadcast to exist.
THE PROVIDER reserves the right to decide the most appropriate educational delivery format for each piece of content.
The user expressly agrees that video tutorials may display the trainer’s real image, an avatar, or a virtual representation, as well as diagrams, drawings, schemes, or text, as THE PROVIDER deems appropriate for educational or operational purposes.
Each of the seven (7) main video tutorials shall have a duration longer than forty (40) minutes.
The voiceover of the video tutorials will be in Spanish. If the user purchases the service in another language (Italian, Portuguese, English, French, or German), the video will include subtitles and/or dubbed audio in the corresponding language to facilitate understanding. In the case of Portuguese, the training may be dubbed only in the first three modules, with the remaining modules including subtitles only, as expressly indicated on the corresponding website.
In addition to video tutorials, each module will include a written tutorial in PDF format. The training consists of seven (7) written modules totaling more than twenty-five thousand (25,000) words. These tutorials will be translated into the languages offered on the website. If the user purchases the training in a specific language, they will view the written tutorials in that language.
Each of the seven modules will be published on the dates and times indicated on the training platform (www.neorejuvena.com, www.neorejuvena.it, www.neorejuvena.org, www.neorejuvena.net, www.neorejuvena.me, www.neorejuvena.tv, and www.neorejuvenation.app). THE PROVIDER reserves the right to unlock all modules from the start of the training or to publish them progressively, for example, one module per week until all seven modules are completed.
The original language of the tutorials is Spanish, as are the subtitles. Although reasonable efforts are made to ensure translation and transcription quality, typographical errors or inaccuracies may exist in languages other than Spanish. The user expressly agrees that such inaccuracies do not entitle them to a refund of the amount paid.
FACIAL NEOREJUVENA 2.0 – SCOPE OF THE SERVICE
Facial NeoRejuvena 2.0 is a specific and independent digital training program within the NeoRejuvenation ecosystem, consisting of three (3) training modules.
This service may be purchased separately and is not included in the price of the NeoRejuvenation training.
Access to Facial NeoRejuvena 2.0 is granted through a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license, with a duration of twelve (12) months from the date access is activated, unless a different duration is expressly indicated at the time of purchase.
THE PROVIDER may use, for educational, operational, or technical purposes, the trainer’s real image, digital avatars, virtual representations, synthetic voiceovers, graphics, diagrams, or alternative visual materials, without affecting the validity, quality, or scope of the contracted service.
Upon expiration of the license period, access to the content may be revoked, without generating any right to a refund.
NEOREJUVENAI – ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TOOL
This service may be purchased separately and is not included in the price of the NeoRejuvenation training.
NeoRejuvenAI is a digital tool based on artificial intelligence, accessible through THE PROVIDER’s platform, and its use is granted through a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license, with a duration of twelve (12) months from the activation of access, unless expressly indicated otherwise.
The user expressly acknowledges and agrees that artificial intelligence systems may produce errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or incorrect results, and that the information provided by NeoRejuvenAI does not constitute professional advice, medical prescription, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic recommendation, legal or financial advice, or any other regulated type of advice.
NeoRejuvenAI is provided exclusively for informational, educational, and general support purposes and does not replace consultation with qualified professionals. The user is solely responsible for verifying any information obtained through the tool before making decisions based on it.
THE PROVIDER does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or suitability of the responses generated by the artificial intelligence tool.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND INQUIRIES
Support for this training will be provided exclusively via email at:
Support is strictly limited to resolving technical issues related to access to modules, billing, or questions not resolved in the video tutorials or PDF documents. Inquiries must be directly related to NeoRejuvenation content and will be handled by Neorejuvenai Global Limited.
THE PROVIDER reserves the right not to respond to inquiries related to matters already addressed in the training materials or that are unrelated to the service content. In particular, questions related to medical diagnoses, cosmetic formulations, technologies, medical or aesthetic treatments, or personal/professional advice will not be answered.
The user expressly agrees that the payment made grants only the right to access the training platform to view the training content. Such payment does not include consulting services, personalized advice, or additional accompaniment. Support is intended exclusively to resolve technical issues and objective questions about the training content that have not been addressed in the materials.
If the user submits an eligible inquiry, THE PROVIDER may take up to six (6) weeks to respond. The user agrees that this timeframe may be extended if THE PROVIDER or the trainer faces health issues or any other circumstance that prevents a timely response.
REFUND POLICY
Given the nature of digital content, the following provisions apply.
Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal (digital content)
By accessing the digital content offered through the training platform, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees that they may be waiving their right of withdrawal where such right applies to digital content supplied immediately.
Such waiver shall be valid from the moment the digital content is made available to the user through the educational platform, including, among other means, sending an email confirming access, activating credentials, or effectively enabling the content in the user’s account.
No refunds for digital content
Digital products and content cannot be returned like physical goods. Once access to digital content is granted, the sale is considered final and NON-REFUNDABLE.
Exceptions
Only the following exceptions are contemplated:

Refund request before access activation, provided the user has not received credentials or effective access to the digital content.

Duplicate payments, where a duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error.
Eligible refund requests will be processed within a maximum period of thirty (30) business days from receipt, in accordance with the instructions indicated on the website.
At NeoRejuvenation, we strive to offer the best educational experience to our users. Due to the digital nature of the training, it is important to understand our refund policy.
Once access to our digital content has been granted through the license to the educational platform, the sale is considered final. This policy exists because digital products and content cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.
Current legislation allows companies offering digital products and content to establish no-refund policies as long as such policies are communicated clearly and visibly prior to purchase. Our policy is designed to protect both consumers and our company, ensuring that every transaction is fair and transparent.
FAIRNESS / LEGALITY / RESPECT FOR COPYRIGHT
Immediate Access to Digital Content: Once the license granting access to our digital content is provided, the user can use the materials immediately, making a return impossible.
Industry Standards and Applicable Law: This policy is a standard practice in the digital products and content industry.
Copyright Protection: By not offering refunds once the access license is granted, we protect intellectual property and the integrity of our digital content and products, preventing misuse and ensuring copyright compliance.
INFORMATIONAL NATURE OF THE SERVICE
NeoRejuvenation is educational and informational training. It is not a science, nor a therapy for life extension or for curing any disease. It does not replace, nor does it constitute, medical, psychiatric, or psychological prescription or diagnosis.
“As Is” Service Provision
The service, platform, content, and materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, service continuity, absence of errors, or uninterrupted availability.

The user expressly acknowledges and agrees that results may vary significantly from person to person depending on multiple individual factors, including, among others, personal circumstances, physical or mental condition, consistency, interpretation of the content, and practical application thereof.
Participation in the training, access to the content, and any application of the described techniques or approaches do not imply any guarantee of results and are undertaken under the user’s sole responsibility.
No Fiduciary Duty
The user expressly acknowledges and agrees that neither THE PROVIDER, nor the Intellectual Property Owner, nor the original author assumes any fiduciary duty toward the user. Access to the content and use of the information provided does not create a special relationship of trust, professional advice, or an obligation to act in the user’s interest.
No Reliance / No Legally Relevant Reliance
The user expressly acknowledges that they do not rely, and have not relied, on statements, expectations, promises, or representations attributed to the original author in deciding to contract, access, or use the service, and that any use of the content is under the user’s sole interpretation and responsibility.
THIRD-PARTY REFERENCES AND BIBLIOGRAPHY

SCOPE OF LIABILITY

Exclusive Allocation of Operational Liability
The user agrees that any liability arising from use of the service shall be attributed exclusively to THE PROVIDER, expressly excluding any joint, subsidiary, or concurrent liability of the Intellectual Property Owner and the original author.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude THE PROVIDER’s liability where such limitation or exclusion is not legally valid under applicable law, including, where applicable, liability for fraud, intent, or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
DEFINITION OF GROSS NEGLIGENCE
Gross negligence is defined as a significant lack of diligence that demonstrates a clear indifference or deliberate disregard for the foreseeable consequences of an act or omission, exceeding mere ordinary carelessness and approaching intentionally harmful conduct.
USER LIABILITY
The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neorejuvenai Global Limited, Neorejuvena IP Holdings Pte. Ltd., and the original author against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

SERVICE MAINTENANCE AND AVAILABILITY
Neorejuvenai Global Limited strives to provide continuous and uninterrupted service. However, the user agrees that, due to the nature of the Internet and technology, temporary service interruptions may occur.
Such interruptions may be due, among other factors, to:

server or infrastructure updates,

scheduled or unscheduled maintenance tasks,

force majeure causes beyond THE PROVIDER’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, or interruptions by external providers.
Neorejuvenai Global Limited undertakes to restore the service as soon as reasonably possible. However, such interruptions shall not entitle the user to any refund, compensation, or indemnification.
The user expressly acknowledges that Neorejuvena IP Holdings Pte. Ltd. and the original author bear no responsibility for the technical availability of the service or operational incidents, such matters being the exclusive responsibility of THE PROVIDER.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
NeoRejuvenation®, its trademarks, trade names, distinctive signs, methodologies, systems, audiovisual materials, texts, diagrams, protocols, derivative works, creative assets, and the associated creative universe are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws and by international treaties, including the Berne Convention and the WIPO Copyright Treaty (WCT).
The user expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

Exclusive economic ownership of the intellectual and industrial property rights over the Licensed Intellectual Property belongs to Neorejuvena IP Holdings Pte. Ltd.

Neorejuvenai Global Limited operates, distributes, and commercializes access to the content solely under a license granted by the Intellectual Property Owner.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as an assignment, transfer, or conveyance of intellectual property rights to the user.
The user acquires only a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the content for the term indicated in the offer or purchase (by default, up to twelve (12) months if no other duration is indicated), solely in the form necessary to access the training platform.
Any exploitation, systematic downloading, dissemination, distribution, reproduction, public communication, transformation, resale, access assignment, credential sharing, or making available to third parties, in whole or in part, by any means, is expressly prohibited without the express written authorization of the Intellectual Property Owner.
Printing PDF materials, where enabled, is permitted for domestic and personal use only, and distribution in any format is prohibited.
Neorejuvena IP Holdings Pte. Ltd. may adopt technical, contractual, and legal measures to protect its rights, including suspending or canceling access and pursuing legal action for infringements.
ILLEGAL USE OF CONTENT
THE PROVIDER, the Intellectual Property Owner, and the original author shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, or claim arising from use of training content obtained through unauthorized websites or illegally.
Access to the content must be made exclusively through the official platforms. The accuracy, integrity, and security of content unlawfully distributed by third parties is not guaranteed.
Users who access, use, or distribute the content illegally shall be responsible for any damage caused by incorrect use of the materials and any negative consequences arising therefrom. Neorejuvenai Global Limited and Neorejuvena IP Holdings Pte. Ltd. reserve the right to take the appropriate legal actions.
YOUR RIGHTS
Once payment is made, the user has the right to receive, on the dates established on the website and/or the platform, the information necessary to access the training platform (access credentials) on the official domains corresponding to the purchased language.
The license to access the training is personal and non-transferable and has a maximum duration of twelve (12) months from the payment date, unless a different duration is expressly indicated at the time of purchase. After this period, the license may be revoked and the user may no longer access the content.
LICENSE RENEWAL
After the initial license period ends, the user may choose to renew their license to access the services and/or content, where such option is available.
The financial conditions of renewal, including price and the duration of the new license period, will be communicated clearly and visibly before the user confirms renewal.
Renewal will not be automatic unless expressly indicated at the time of contracting. In the absence of renewal, access to the content and/or tools may be revoked at the end of the current license period.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Neorejuvenai Global Limited is committed to protecting the privacy of users’ personal data. Personal data will be used exclusively for providing the contracted services, managing the contractual relationship, and complying with legal obligations.
THE PROVIDER implements reasonable security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access. However, it shall not be responsible for security breaches beyond its reasonable control.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.
NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT
The user may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time through the unsubscribe link included in each communication. By unsubscribing, the user agrees not to receive future communications related to the contracted services.

THE PROVIDER reserves the right to suspend or cancel the user’s access in the event of misuse of the service.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
